Today, a customer from Cameroon visited the factory to discuss the yogurt packaging project. The customer initially selected PE material and decided on a middle-sealed bag as the packaging style. During the communication, it was confirmed that this bag is not used to directly hold the finished yogurt products.

We had an in-depth conversation with the customer, explaining the characteristics of PE material and the structural features of the middle-sealed bag. Based on the customer's usage scenario, we provided professional suggestions. Then, we led the customer into the workshop to visit the entire production process of the roll film and packaging bags, and answered the customer's questions about packaging technology, quality, transportation, etc. During the communication, we also assisted the customer in adjusting and optimizing the design documents to make the plan more in line with production requirements.

The efficient on-site coordination satisfied the customer greatly. The customer highly praised our professional ability and meticulous service, and reached a long-term cooperation agreement.
